Lot.233 Buckle-Back Five-Pocket Denim Pants (3rd Anniversary Limited-Edition Product)

Born during the dawn of American Product,
these denim pants were originally created as workwear for laborers.
The loose waist and rise are designed for ease of movement,
while the waist is secured with suspenders.
The width can be adjusted with the back strap,
and at the time, they were known as waist overalls.
Drawing inspiration from this history,
these buckle-back style
five-pocket denim pants were designed based on the productcreated during the transitional period of workwear brands in the 1930s and 40s,
allowing you to experience the roots of the design.

The silhouette is a three-dimensional mid-straight cut.
The large hip pockets, seat rivets, and back strap are all details
characteristic of the era's workwear.
The garment is carefully sewn using a Singer black sewing machine for single-needle flat seams,
a Dunkopp for double-needle flat seams, and vintage UNION SPECIAL machines for overlocking,
allowing you to feel the atmosphere of that era.

Made from 13.5 oz selvedge denim that takes on a sophisticated fade with excellent dyeability and luster,
it is sanforized (pre-shrunk)
and shrinks very little.
Olive herringbone twill is used for the inner pocket.

Hand-dyed black-coated iron donut buttons, a prong buckle,
and a pin buckle were selected, allowing you to enjoy the aging process together with the fabric over time.

This piece is designed to be worn as a set with Lot.233 Simplified One Pocket Denim Jacket.
It commemorates the third anniversary of the brand and its directly managed store.
This is a limited-production item and will be discontinued once supplies run out.

Made with Zimbabwe cotton yarn as the raw material,it features a rope-dyed
base color.
Woven slowly on vintage power looms (shuttle looms)with a loose
tension,this 13.5 oz selvedge denim uses
No. 7 warp and No. 6 weft yarn.
Indigo denim.
Sanforized (pre-shrunk).
