Lot.263 Buckle-Back Five-Pocket Denim Pants (December Delivery)

Denim pants born in the early days of American products
as workwear for laborers.
The loose waist and rise are designed with movement in mind,
with the waist secured by suspenders and
the width adjusted by a back strap on the back,
they were known as “Waist-overalls” at the time.
Rooted in this history,
in the 1930s, workwear brands
produced items for cowboys and rodeo riders,
which served as the design source for
these buckle-back style
five-pocket denim pants.

The silhouette is a three-dimensional mid-straight cut.The large hip pockets typical of workwear,
thigh rivets, and a back strap are all
details unique to the era.

The 12-ounce selvedge denim, characterized by its deep blue hue,
offers excellent luster and dyeability,
allowing you to enjoy natural fading.
It is sanforized (pre-shrunk),
so it shrinks very little.

Selected iron donut buttons, a prong buckle, and
a pin buckle allow you to enjoy the
process of aging along with the fabric over time.
You can choose between Non-Wash (unwashed) and One Washed.
It is made from the same fabric as the "Lot.263 One Pocket Denim Jacket",
allowing you to enjoy it as a matching set.

ABOUT DENIM
Based on denim fabric produced by the largest denim supplier in the United States
during the 1940s and 1950s,
this is “Deep Tone Blue Denim.”
The raw cotton is a blend of North American and Brazilian cotton,
and features a rope-dyed
uneven color pattern.Slowly woven on vintage power looms (shuttle looms)
at a loose
tension,it uses 8-count warp / 10-count weft
12-ounce selvedge
indigo denim.
Sanforized (pre-shrunk).
